Visitors holding tickets reserved for October 12th and 13th will be able to use their tickets on another day of their choice or request for a refund. Please safeguard your October 12th or 13th tickets which are required for the refund. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

Please contact the travel agent who issued the coupons. All refund transactions must be completed by the travel agent's end of business on October 29, 2019 local time. Refund will not be permitted past the above refund period.
